Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are grateful for every gift to Pet Aid United. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for donations made on petaidunited.org.
One-Time Donations
- Donations are generally non-refundable because funds are put to work quickly for pets in need.
- If you donated by mistake (wrong amount, duplicate payment or accidental donation), email us within 7 days of the donation and we will review your request.
- Duplicate, fraudulent or unauthorized charges will always be refunded in full.
Recurring Donations
- You can cancel a monthly or yearly donation at any time, with no fees.
- To cancel, email help@petaidunited.org with the name and email address used for the donation. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges.
- If you were charged after asking to cancel, we will refund that charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@petaidunited.org or call +1 (720) 730-7151 with your name, email, donation date and amount, and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Questions Before Disputing a Charge
If you do not recognize a charge from Pet Aid United or PETAID UNITED CORP, please contact us first. We will resolve it quickly.
