Donation Terms & Conditions

These Donation Terms apply to all donations made to Pet Aid United Corp through petaidunited.org.
How Donations Are Used
Your donation supports our pet rescue programs: emergency rescue and transport, food, shelter, vaccinations, spay/neuter and veterinary treatment, and adoption into loving homes. Suggested giving levels (such as Standard Supporter, Premium Hero and Legend Partner) describe the kind of care your gift helps provide; all donations go to our general rescue fund so we can direct help where it is needed most.
Currency and Payment Processing
All donations are charged in U.S. dollars (USD) and processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
- Donations are generally final.
- If you made a donation by mistake (for example, the wrong amount or a duplicate payment), contact us within 7 days of the donation and we will review your request.
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges will always be refunded.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Recurring Donations
Monthly or yearly donors can change or cancel their donation at any time by emailing help@petaidunited.org. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges.
Receipts and Tax Deductibility
An email receipt is sent for every donation. Please keep it for your records. Please consult your tax advisor about the deductibility of your gift.
